    What Happens Next:

    Step 1: Fill Out Your Coaching Intake Form: After purchase, you’ll receive a short intake form to help me understand your relationship challenges and goals.  This form must be completed before coaching begins.

    Step 2: I’ll Review Your Form & Confirm Your Start Date:Once you submit your form, I’ll review your responses and confirm your coaching start date within 1 business day. If adjustments are needed, I’ll let you know.

    Step 3: Coaching Begins on Your Scheduled Date:  You’ll have 2 weeks of direct, private coaching via text and voice messages. You can message me anytime during your coaching days, and I’ll respond during my coaching hours.

    Step 4: Receive Your Custom Action Plan: At the end of our 2 weeks together, you’ll receive a personalized written action plan with key insights, strategies, and next steps to keep you moving forward. It will be delivered within 2 business days after coaching ends.

    Coaching Policies & Boundaries

    Coaching is available Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM EST. You are welcome to message me anytime, including weekends, but I will only respond during my coaching hours (Monday - Friday). This ensures I can give your messages my full attention while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

    This is not an instant chat service. Coaching is a structured back-and-forth experience. I check messages 3-4 times per day and will respond thoughtfully when I have the time and space to provide the best guidance. If a response requires deeper reflection, I may take longer.

    No refunds. Due to the nature of coaching, all sales are final. If you're unsure whether this is the right fit, please reach out with questions at info@sandybelrose.com before purchasing.

    Upgrading your package: If you decide to extend your coaching package, you have 48 hours after your coaching ends to upgrade to a longer package and apply your full payment as a credit. After this period, the credit will no longer be available.

    All prices are listed in USD. Clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.
